Between 15th and 25th of March 2022, Active Development Association welcomed 32 young people from 6 countries to Slănic Moldova for the REPUTATION youth exchange to learn about antigypsyism and how to combat it in their communities. They would learn in the course of 11 days how to navigate public discourse against the Roma community and how to counteract it with individual or organized actions. They would also learn about the history of the Roma community, how a positive portrayal of the roma community should look like, and they also learned how to create multimedia tools that can be used in responsible campaigns.
They participated in nonformal sessions that were carefully created to facilitate both theoretical information and practice specific skills such as writing, filming, editing, graphic facilitation, storytelling.
During the youth exchange, they learned how to write a script, how to use filming equipment and how to use editing software to created short films.
